Time Management And Shooting Schedule

On the day of fliming i have created an sheducle so we can keep to time and on the day we know what we are doing and where.I am planning to film at the weekends as I am free and also my cast are free.

Time	What is happening?
10am	Make sure all of the props are collected together ready for filming
10 .30am	Meet Emily and Brad at my house
11 .00am	drive to the location
11 .15am	Set up equipment and get the actors in place ready for filming
11 .30am	Set up equpiment and make sure white balance is corrected
12 .00pm	start filiming and director the actors
12 .30pm	Finish filming
1 .00pm	Move to river loncation
1 .30pm	Film by the river
2 .00pm	Check through each shot, and make sure we have everything and if we need to refilm anything
2 .30pm	Dismantle equipment
2 .45pm	drive home and run shots at home and see if anything is correct
